Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Tenet mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Tenet is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

• Track daily nutrition and calorie intake
• Log workouts and exercise activities
• Monitor weight and body measurements
• Sync with Apple Health or Health Connect
• Set and track fitness goals

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others

The App collects and processes health-related data including weight, activity levels, nutritional information, and fitness metrics. By using the App, you consent to this collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

You understand that:

• Health data you enter is stored securely on our servers
• You can request deletion of your health data at any time
• We do not share your health data with third parties for marketing

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Tenet Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Calorie and macro calculations will be 100% accurate
• The App will meet your specific fitness goals
• Data synced with health platforms will always be accurate

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenet Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Personal injury or health issues
• Damages arising from your use of the App
• Reliance on any information provided by the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenet Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
